It's hard to believe that our little Mister is almost two weeks old already! We are doing well and Asher appears to be a fairly content baby - hopefully he continues to display this laid back attitude! Saela loves her baby brother and with the exception of one or two fussier than normal episodes has acclimated well. The dogs seem oblivious to baby #2 - even our Miss Priss, Jilly.

A number of our friends have had babies in close proximity to Asher's birthday - we wish them all well and hope that they are getting some SLEEP. :)

To take care of a mild case of jaundice, Asher must spend some time in indirect sunlight (through a window) - at least 15 minutes per day. Apparently he liked his time in the sun!

Saela's First Bicycle

Saela's Aunt Sue visited us earlier this week. Sue has a passion for bicycles and brought Saela her first bike. Her feet don't quite reach the peddles yet - but she will grow into it soon. Saela's not real sure about the helmet - but she learned - no helmet = no bike. She sported her *serious face* for the photo op as she always does with new adventures or new people. We thought she looked pretty cute.

39 weeks 3 days

We are at the hospital for my induction (the baby's head is measuring ahead of schedule) so this is the last pregnant picture of me - FOREVER! We arrived at the hospital at 6:45 am and I was actually contracting on my own about every seven minutes. We'll just speed the process up a little bit :). Stay tuned for updates.
